No, the excessive foam of the Detercrema Plates and Dishes would block the functionality of the appliance.

Can the Fabric and Garment Detergent be used in the washing machine?

Yes. Detercrema Fabrics and Delicate Garments It is concentrated, so just fill half of the detergent compartment. If using the dosing ball, fill it up to the third mark at most.
