Product return conditions

Pursuant to Legislative Decree 21 February 2014, n.21, the right of withdrawal is applicable to all purchases made on the website and the subjects who can benefit from it are those who, based on the Consumer Code art. 3 paragraph 1, letter a), are defined as consumers.

The customer/consumer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving justification and in derogation of what is established by current regulations regarding the sending of a registered letter with return receipt for notification of the return, it is sufficient to complete the form 'special return form.

When the company receives the return form it sends an email with the authorization to return the goods and related instructions, from this moment you can entrust the package containing the products to be returned to your trusted courier.

In order to correctly comply with the return of goods, it is essential to keep the following in mind under penalty of forfeiture of the right to return:

• The products must be returned complete, intact and undamaged and contained in the original packaging;
• Partial returns of the same order are not permitted, for this reason all products ordered and received must be returned;
• Returned products that are part of a single order must be sent in a single shipment and other forms of returning the goods are not permitted; The costs relating to the shipping of the returned goods will be your sole responsibility, as will the responsibility for the goods in the event of loss or damage to the products during transport;
• The right of withdrawal is reserved exclusively for natural persons defined as "consumers" and purchases made by resellers or by people purchasing for resale are excluded;
• We do not accept returns of used or damaged products. If the goods are received in this condition they will be made available to the Customer;

When the goods are received in our warehouses we will immediately take charge of managing the refund request which, once compliance with the above conditions has been verified, will be issued no later than 5 days from receipt of the goods.

If the terms and conditions of return have not been respected, you will not be entitled to a refund and the goods will be made available to you in the state in which they were received.

You will be able to collect the goods at your expense within 15 days, after which the goods will be retained for destruction. The customer will be entitled to a refund not only of the sums paid for the purchase of the products but also of the shipping costs incurred at the time of purchase. The only costs that you will have to bear are those of returning the products purchased as required by art.67, paragraph 3 of the Consumer Code.
